1. Definitions

• Platform: Refers to the TutinGo website accessible at tutingo.com, enabling connections between students and teachers.
• User: Any individual using the Platform, whether student, teacher, or visitor.
• Student: User seeking to book private lessons with teachers.
• Teacher: User offering private lessons on the Platform.
• Course: Teaching session between a student and a teacher, conducted online or in-person.
• Services: All features offered by the Platform, including teacher search, course booking, online payment, and session management.

2. Purpose

These Terms of Use define the terms and conditions for using the TutinGo Platform as well as the rights and obligations of Users.

TutinGo is a marketplace connecting students and teachers for private lessons. We are not a training organization but an intermediary facilitating this connection.

3. Access to Services

3.1 Registration

To access the Services, Users must create an account providing accurate and current information. Registration requires:

• Being at least 18 years old or having legal guardian authorization
• Providing a valid email address
• Creating a secure password
• Accepting these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

3.2 Teacher Verification

Teachers must submit supporting documents (diplomas, ID, selfie) for verification before offering courses. This verification ensures Platform quality and security.

4. User Obligations

4.1 General Obligations

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Comply with laws and regulations in force in Morocco
• Use the Platform responsibly and ethically
• Not infringe on others' rights or the Platform's reputation

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

• Identity theft or providing false information
• Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
• Attempting to bypass the Platform's payment system
• Using the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Attempting unauthorized access to Platform systems or data

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (texts, images, logos, design, source code) is the exclusive property of Artudeve or its partners and is protected by Moroccan and international intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of content without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

Users retain ownership of content they publish (profiles, educational materials) but grant TutinGo a usage license for Platform operation.

6. Liability

TutinGo acts as an intermediary marketplace. We are not responsible for the quality of courses taught, educational content, or interactions between students and teachers.

Teachers are solely responsible for the content and quality of their courses. TutinGo cannot be held liable for disputes related to educational services.

We strive to ensure Platform security and availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for damages resulting from service interruptions.

7. Account Termination

Users can delete their account at any time from profile settings. Deletion results in permanent loss of all account-associated data.

TutinGo reserves the right to suspend or delete any account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent behavior, or non-compliance with legal obligations.

8. Modifications

TutinGo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
