1. Service Description

TutinGo offers the following services:

• Connecting students with qualified teachers
• Secure online booking and payment system
• Video conferencing platform for online courses via Daily.co
• Rating and review system to ensure quality

2. Booking Process

2.1 Booking Steps

1. Student searches for a teacher according to needs (subject, level, location)
2. Student reviews teacher profile and availability
3. Student selects an available time slot
4. Student proceeds with online payment or chooses cash payment
5. Confirmation is sent via email and WhatsApp to both parties

2.2 Confirmation

Booking is considered confirmed only after payment validation (or cash payment agreement) and confirmed teacher availability.

3. Pricing and Fees

Rates are freely set by each teacher and clearly displayed on their profile. Prices include all taxes.

Rates may vary by subject, education level, course format (online/in-person), and session duration.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Online payment by credit card
• Cash payment directly to teacher (for in-person courses)

4.2 Payment Security

All online payments are processed , compliant with PCI-DSS standards. TutinGo never stores credit card data.

4.3 Teacher Payment

Teachers receive their compensation (course amount minus commission) in their digital wallet immediately after course completion. They can request withdrawal within 3 to 7 business days.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Moroccan law No. 31-08 on consumer protection, students have a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal.

However, this right does not apply to services whose execution has begun with the student's agreement before the end of the withdrawal period.

6. Guarantees

6.1 Quality Guarantee

TutinGo commits to verifying teacher qualifications before registration. However, we cannot guarantee individual educational results.

6.2 Dispute Management

In case of problems with a course, students must contact customer service within 24 hours. We will review each situation case by case to find a fair solution.

7. Limitation of Liability

TutinGo cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from Platform use or courses taught.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course concerned.

8. Force Majeure

Neither TutinGo nor teachers shall be liable for inability to perform due to force majeure events (pandemic, natural disaster, widespread Internet outage, etc.).

9. Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by Moroccan law, particularly Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection and Law No. 53-05 on electronic data exchange.
